Q(B)JGM insulated busbar trunking system features a tubular conductor, with an internal duct that naturally facilitates convective flow of warm air, ensuring excellent heat dissipation (by leveraging the pressure difference between indoor and outdoor environments to create natural convection of warm air).
8 related patent designs prevent external impurities from entering between the main insulation layer and the inner and outer shields. They also safeguard against accidental damage to the internal shield and primary insulation during manufacturing. Moreover, the inner and outer shields are tightly integrated with the main insulation layer, enhancing both anti-partial discharge performance and wear resistance.
The insulation material is made from high-quality ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM) rubber, which not only boasts excellent electrical insulation and anti-corona performance but also exhibits outstanding resistance to aging and corrosion.
EPDM (ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber) is blended with various compounding agents, thoroughly mixed, and then extruded into a tubular conductor, which is subsequently cured by heating.
