    Open-style pallet structure: The bottom features a continuously perforated flat plate or a lightweight mesh base (with a ventilation rate of ≥50%), and both sides are equipped with vertical side rails (height ranging from 30 to 150 mm).

    Coverless design (optional): Naturally allows for heat dissipation; a perforated cover plate can be added for protection when needed.

     

    Material options:

    Cold-rolled steel sheet (Q235): thickness ranges from 0.8 to 3.0 mm, with a galvanized surface (zinc coating ≥65 μm) or powder-coated finish (RAL color chart available upon request).

    Stainless steel (304/316L): Thickness 1.0–2.5 mm, corrosion resistance grade A2/A4.
